Customers can conveniently order their preferred drinks using the app, with payment made upon delivery. It is important to note that users must be above the minimum legal drinking age applicable in their respective regions.

All deliveries are carried out by authorized and licensed vendors, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The app operates through a straightforward three-step process:

1. Select the desired alcoholic products and submit your order without needing to make a payment at this stage, either on the website or via the mobile app.
2. Receive your order from an authorized delivery person representing a licensed alcohol store. The delivery person will verify your age and confirm your eligibility to purchase alcohol by checking a government-issued identification.
3. Complete the transaction by paying the delivery person—either in cash or through UPI—only after you have ensured that all items are correct and satisfactory. Payment should not be made prior to receiving your order.
